I haven't even been here before and i had some of the worst customer service. Called this place to ask about hours and where id be able to drop off scrap since google didnt list any hours. The woman who answered didnt even list the company i was calling like any other place of professional business it was just a bothered, "Hello.." Second, i explained that this would be my first time dropping off at this facility and asked where i could do that. "Ma'am, were closed..", in a tone that suggested confused outrage as if i called at 3 in the morning. (Keep in mind it was only about 3:20/3:30 in the afternoon.) So i responded, "Oh ok well could you please tell me your hours for the week and if youre open on weekends?" She spoke like it was going to kill her to just use her voice and a tinsy bit of effort to just tell me the hours of HER job for 3 seconds of her precious day, "Uh theyre on online." Um, no, theyre not. And if they were, they weren't anywhere easy to access. Regardless of if they were, i was already on the phone with her so i mean,,, really?? I don't know where the comments saying these people are pleasant come from but it certainly wasn't from this woman.. I'll just go ahead and keep looking elsewhere.
