I have patronized this business since they opened on Cottage Grove many years ago. I have always found their prices to be high but overlooked this because they are a small business and I believe in supporting neighborhood business. But some, make it very hard to do. Today I went to purchase Benfotiamine. I last purchased this from Kudus in early July. I paid $20.99 for a 60 capsule bottle. Today, a month later the price is now $29.99 a $9 increase. I asked why such a huge price increase and the response was inflation. I think its price gouging. This is clearly taking advantage. This greedy price gouging has ensured the loss of my business. Shame shame on you Kudus.

I was in here April 13 the big dude behind the counter is the rudest person I have ever met. He needs some customer service skills training. He got impatient cause the debit machine timed how am I supposed to know it times out. Sooo rude I hate coming here I only bring my mom here. But I refuse to shop here again and spend my money I can go somewhere else where my money is appreciated
