Never use fedex if a signature is required. I got a notification that fedex "attempted" to deliver my package but my business (house) was closed. When I called, a second attempt was supposed to be made that wasn't. Another call and a promise for a follow up that also didn't happen. The post office is more reliable

I wish I can rate this place a negative 5 it this old man with glasses work the front who have bad customer service and need to be fired or something he very unprofessional and lazy don't wanna work smh.!!!!

We had an overnight document that was guaranteed to deliver by noon or your moneyback. At 11:45 am, I got a notification that they attempted delivery and no one was home. Well, that was simply not true. Someone was at the delivery address at that time. They never attempted delivery and there was no door tag to prove that they did. I also saw a similar review with similar situation as mine from a month ago. It seems to be common practice when theyre running late. Save your money and dont do overnight shipping with guaranteed delivery to Chicago. Anyways, I had to go to the location to pick it up which was easy and seamless.
