        If you are thinking of buying or renting a property they manage I would reconsider.We sold a condo in Fox Lake on June 1st dues were paid at closing then 2 days later they were taken out of our checking account.Left several voice mails they never answer their phone and no calls from the voice mails Several e mails their reply was we would receive our refund after title company check clears.After 2 months e mailed closing statement along with bank statement.Received a reply with a copy of their ledger showing a zero balance.A few more e mails sent I received an e mail stating they found their error and we would receive reimbursement in approximately 15 working days.Sent another e mail after 30 working days their response is they are looking into it and will send me an update.It has been five and a half months since we closed still no reimbursement. Their accounting department leaves a lot to be desired.
