Carl, the owner of Chicago Window Wizard put on a wonderful sales presentation and covered the quality of the windows and the entire process of installation. The price to replace all our windows (2 bay windows, 10 slider windows and 5 basement windows) was by far the best pricing we received by multiple contractors. The window quality matches Anderson and Pella. The installation process was seamless. The install crew were very professional and clean. They laid out tarps through out the house and cleaned up the work area in each room after they were finished. Working with Chicagoland Window Wizard was by far the best contractor we have worked with through all our home renovations. We highly recommend them.

We thought that we would have to replace 5 windows in our bedroom. We called Marvin and asked for their suggestions. They recommended the window wizard. Our experience with them was terrific. Andy was terrific assessing our problems. He said that only part the windows would require replacement. He made it clear that he could do the job. We were happy with the price. We will use this company again if we ever need any window work. Our house has over 50 windows so we really enjoy the light and fresh air we get from using them. Thank you Andy

If I can add a picture, I will. It is the coldest day, so far, in Chicago -18 as I write this, and our sunsporch, with nine sets of double hung windows, is soooo warm due to the fact that the Great Window Wizards (lead by Andy) replaced our 1918 windows that leaked air as if we only had screens, are now, newly refurbished, look EXACTLY like the old windows, and are tight as the proverbial drum. Witness: I am writing this as I sit in the area with bare feet. Thank you guys, for a beautiful and warm new room due to your fine work.

STEER CLEAR, THIS COMPANY WILL TREAT YOU VERY BADLY AND WON'T HONOR THE CONTRACTS IT MAKES WITH YOU. Incredibly rude people that have zero patience for customer questions and will blatantly break their contracts with people, leaving customers in the lurch. This company was supposed to reinstall a piece of glass in a door for me but received glass that was a bit too large for the door in question (totally not their fault, an issue of the manufacturer). This was an understandable situation and I did not have any issue. Sometimes problems happen and it is out of our hands! The employees explained the situation to me, reinstalled the glass they had to remove (but left glue all over the glass in a very unseemly and haphazard manner), and told me that they would contact me with further details in the coming days. However, four weeks passed and I still had not received any of the "further details" promised. When I called the company to ask for a status update, the man on the other end of the phone was very bothered that I had called to trouble him for details. He spoke to me very condescendingly and attempted to hang up on me as well. When I tried to get a better understanding of timing (as I am not familiar with glass manufacturing and distribution), he became very rude and ultimately told me he would no longer do business with me (simply because I had asked that he not speak to me so rudely and had tried to follow up with questions so that I would have some idea of the process going forward). I have a contract with this company for installation and he has blatantly broken it NOT to mention that he was incredibly rude to me from the moment our call began. Very very disappointed. Would not recommend, neither for installation service (as the glass reinstalled looks ghastly to the point visitors have asked what has happened with it) nor for customer care.
