After years of wasting my time at RUSH hospital and hearing, "Your labs are normal." despite feeling chronically ill, I am finally seeing improvements in my health. This place has changed my health and given me my life back. I speak as a patient from their community clinic, not as a student.

I graduated from the Midwest college of oriental medicine in late 2021 and am currently titled as a diplomate of acupuncture and working as a licensed acupuncturist. The school offers an oriental medical program that both working class and mature students can make their way through, and its a great place to learn. Midwest college offers a heuristic and performance based program one can become a top notch practitioner in going through. Each year the school graduates top notch practitioners and no school offers students as much clinical experience as MCOM does. Would I recommend the school to others? Most definitely.

For some reason I didn't find the college faculty list on the MCOM website. I think it is highly important to know who will be your teachers and what level of medical degree they have.

Awful school, all they care about is financial aid and how they can take all of it from you. The students learn nothing, its a bunch of slides with multiple choice.. barely hands on . They also check people as attended just so they can get the financial aid. Also they lie about why you cant attend if you out them. Specifically the Wisconsin witch that was in charge of the first online experience during covid. She is awful and had no compassion.
