I went in to get some skin car and I left with a new perfume ! Simone was so charming and kind and put me on to a new fragrance which I think is so fun to have a new fave ! She provided a memorable experience and I really appreciate her guidance. Thanks Simone I will be back for the services you all offer one day !

Soo much unprofessional staff specially manager, rude, noo greets, no one asking either customer needs anything or noo.. Will Not Visit This Store Again For Sure!!

I never want to leave a business a bad review, but the employees at this sephora were so rude and unwelcoming that I will never come back and will always choose another location moving forward. From the moment I walked into the store, the employees made me feel unwanted. It got to the point where I turned around and saw two employees talking to each other and pointing at me. It was humiliating, I felt like I had done something wrong just being in the store. I work in retail, I understand loss prevention and employees needing to be attentive, but the most items I had in my hand at once was two and I did not have any kind of bag or shopping bag with me, which makes me think their employees behavior had nothing to do with that. Just go to the standalone store on Michigan Ave, their employees are very helpful.

This stores customer service culture is always hit or miss. This time in particular, I was helped by a woman named Jess and she was terrible. I shared my experience with the store manager, Kimmy, who dismissed my experience and refused to do anything action-oriented. Ive never ran into issues at the other Sephora on Michigan. They service more tourists so really employ a customer first approach.
