Horrible service. After driving to the place of business and seeing they were closed (hours online said they were open 2 hours prior to me showing up), I spoke with Maria over the phone for a decent amount of time explaining the embroidery needs I had. I was looking to have all of my company shirts embroidered with our logo. She requested I email her the logo for her to price it out. So, while on the phone, I emailed it to her. She replied to the email at around 11pm with no pricing info, so I immediately replied asking for price. That was almost a week ago and since then I have also called and left various messages to no avail. I just called again and spoke with her and she was rude when I asked her why she hasn’t responded to emails or voicemails. Maria obviously is a little too big for her britches, or should I say stitches...

Maria is wonderful! She made shirts for a company picnic and everyone absolutely LOVED them! Will be using her again!

Went here for a small job for a Christmas gift and Maria was amazing! She's super nice and made an excellent font match to some text from literally 10 years ago. The rest of her work displayed in her shop is so beautiful, it made me want to come back for so much more. Definitely will return for any future customization needs!
