Tom's Cleaner

Took a brand new communion dress to get steamed so flowy tulle would not have wrinkles. The dress was in perfect condition when it was bought because we inspected it prior to leaving the store. Requested the dress to be steamed to remove the creases in the tulle from being in the bag. upon looking at dress when got home saw part of the dress was freyed and still had creases. After going back to cleaners, they would not refund even though the dress still had creases and part of dress was ruined.

Tom is an old guy, may not understand or hear very well, but I been taking my luxury and expensive designer clothes to him for last 4 years.Never had a single issue. Store is fantastic. I sort my clothes for dry cleaning, and press only separate. I tried dry cleaners in other areas as well is in other states like Miami Florida, when I travel often and nothing compares to Tom's shop.

I got a simple alteration done and end up ruining it so I just threw it out I would've never used him to begin with a horrible service not recommended I actually don't even know how they're still in business

I took 2 shirts here to be hemmed. When I went to pick up he couldn't find them. Then he bent down and found them in a basket of clothes. I could see they were all wrinkled and had white chalk marks. He put on hanger. I refused to pay for them looking that way.  He said I didn't pay for cleaning only alterations. He refused to give me my receipt back. The shirts were brand new. I left them there. I refused to pay him for my shirts looking that way. Horrible service.
