We have been trying to get an OBGYN assigned to my wife since January, and have been told we don't need one yet, ghosted completely by Maternal Fetal Medicine, and now had an appointment we had scheduled 3 months out be cancelled entirely. I wish I had chosen a different HMO group than the one closest to me, Driving an hour for care every time would be less frustrating than being forced to deal with Northwestern.

Terrible. I would never come here, nor do I recommend anyone else to. Note: it is a group practice, so every appointment will have a different doctor. Feel free to come here if you wish to be dismissed. Have demeaning or cultural insensitive remarks made, and most importantly have the health of the mother be made a complete side conversation. They don't deserve your business and they will not make you feel cared for based on our experience. Furthermore, after a complaint was made the only output was a brief "we want to assure appropriate action has been taken." Do better Northwestern and do yourself/baby better by not coming here. Side Note: the intake staff is also strangely rude completing the utterly terrible experience we had here.

After pregnancy losses and no hope, they did everything in their power to give me a helathy baby, with the utmost care for both mom and baby throughout. They are the most dedicated medical professionals ever. I'm so grateful!

Faxed over medical records on 3/23. Received a call I would need a referral not for medical reasons but just their policy. It was sent 3/23 and its April 6 and no response. That is the type of follow through you get from NW prenatal departments. Everything is time consuming and has to go through several departments and the ball is dropped quite often. Ive also experienced this with 3 miscarriages and 2 births, PAC clinic is awful and you see different doctors every time. The hospital was amazing for delivery and I would only go to deliver in an extreme emergency, for prenatal care its worse than a free clinic and you have no insurance that is over booked. They miss things a lot, I was referred due a CPAM but with the follow up and ease of communication. Doctor reaching out, direct line to front desk. All those old school lines of communication open.
