"Always There" is a misnomer. Called, spoke to a lady that said would call me back (never did).  I called again the following day and no answer (left message to call me back).  Call today and again no answer!!!  You are losing out on a large client my friends!  Good luck to the rest of you... hopefully this review will help them with their customer service.

I have found my new HVAC repair and installation company. Over the weekend during the heat wave my AC stopped working. I got in touch with Patrick in the morning. I knew he would already be slammed with work that day. But he found time to come to my home quickly diagnose the problem and repair my AC. My AC unit is pretty old. But Patrick did not try to upsell me or make things worse than they were. We had an honest discussion about the life left in my AC unit but he said that I still have some time to use my current unit. That kind of honesty earns my loyalty. My rating for Always There Appliance & HVAC repair is A+++

Called twice to try to schedule the service, keep telling me they will check their schedule and call me back. Never got a response from them. Poorly managed, Not professional at all. Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair
