        My massage with Jo was fantastic, and all communication about COVID protocol leading up to the massage was clear, timely, and thorough. I will be returning to Urban Oasis on a regular basis!

        Highly recommend if you are COVID conscious and want a clean/safe place with masks. Massage quality was also well above average (and I've tried quite a few spas/ sport massage places in Chicago). I had my massage therapist focus on deep tissue/ sports massage and he found all the right spots to relax my muscles.

        The staff and the facility are exemplary. I feel completely comfortable taking advantage of their services. They do not cut corners on safety measures, yet they’re able to maintain a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Just a great experience.
