Victor Hernandez helped complete my repair job, but installed an incorrect part. When I pointed out the mistake, I was told the correct part was on backorder, and I would be contacted. I never was, and my followup emails and phone calls were avoided 5+ times, probably because they had already been paid by insurance and so finishing my job was no longer a priority. Spoke with a manager Fernando Cruz who apologized for the poor communication, and told me to email him. He then proceeded to avoid and ghost my emails 4+ times. After that, I gave up and will not be following up with the business again. If you are looking for a repair shop that will provide good customer service and correct repairs, perhaps consider looking elsewhere. Service: General repairs & maintenance

I used Euro Collision 2x in 2022 and 2021. Both times my car took longer than I was told and both times the car was not fully complete. The first time they completely neglected to fix the back bumper and the undercarriage cover although the billed insurance for it and then the 2nd time when my car was stolen it took over a month. The car still has a horrible smell, although they billed to 'Detail' it. The repairs were not complete and they had to keep it another week or so. There were missing parts not replaced that I had to order myself and have KIA ship out to me. The biggest disappointment was the 1st initial scheduled pick-up, the check engine light was on and the car stopped with the TECH in the car as well. I stressed I wanted to ensure the car was mechanically sound since it had been stolen. I will never use nor recommend them again. They charged insurance over $10K for a patch up job that took a month and 1/2 to complete. I had to work with their management to get my repairs completed.
