I rented a chainsaw cut one tree and chain came right off, they charged me for it saying I abused it even though I literally only used it for 5 mins. Bad Custumer service. Older lady seemed nice at first, turned out to be VERY RUDE. First and last time. Charged me extra, rude on the phone. Would not stop cutting me off when I was trying to speak after I gave her the respect of speaking first. She Insisted on bringing equipment back in the morning then charged me extra!!!!! EVERYONE ELSE THAT WORK HERE VERY NICE THOUGH. BUT NOT THE OLDER LADY!!!!!! RENTAL MAX IN ORLAND PARK has way better deals, way better customer service, way better equipment.

Aide Rentals has a vast array of equipment to rent at reasonable prices. I went to their South Chicago Heights location; they also have an Indiana store. The staff is what makes Aide Rentals worth 5 stars. Everyone is sweet, professional, and knowledgeable about their equipment. If you're not sure of what you need, as I was, they will ask questions about your situation until they are satisfied they can send you out the door with just what you need to get your job done. They also demonstrated for me how to use the equipment correctly and cautioned against incorrect usage. Since they knew I was a non-professional DIYer, they reviewed safety protocol, also. I felt confident that I had just what I needed to get this step of my project done. They also asked about the entire project to be sure that this would be the next best step and that I would meet my end goal. One suggestion to customers: bring photos/measurements of your project, so that they are sure what you are asking for is the best equipment for you.
