I have been going to this practice under Dr. Morey's care since 2017. I'm surprised to see the negative reviews, as I have never had less than a 5 star experience with her or anyone in the office. I've had my share of waiting, but it's completely understandable due to the nature of the practice. Everyone there has always been pleasant and treated me great! So I just wanted to leave my positive honest opinion on Dr. Morey and the staff here

Dr Morey is a very good Dr. The staff needs a huge overhaul rude and unhelpful

I was a patient of Dr. Coutlakis a few years ago but hadnt returned since before the pandemic. I tried to make an appointment a few months ago and was told I was considered a new patient because 3 years had passed and that the doctor was no longer taking new patients. So, I asked if I could make an appointment with one of the other doctors as a new patient and I was told that they dont allow people to switch doctors (even though they no longer considered me an existing patient) and the other doctors WERE taking new patients. This is the most ABSURD policy I have ever heard of. I even asked to speak to whoever manages appointments/new patients and she refused to let me make an appointment. I hope the doctors are aware that their staff are turning patients away. I hope the doctors become aware of this ridiculous policy and request office staff to change it. Needless to say, I would not recommend this place.
