DO NOT TRUST THEM The team that did the actual fence installation was just fine, but the sales team and management are horrendous to deal with and will screw you over. The big pitch from Chesterfield Fence is that they also do other things like concrete removal that their competitors don't, and the concrete removal was an important part of my job because I was scheduled to have artificial grass put in once the concrete was out and the fence was installed. I checked with them a couple days before installation to verify that the concrete was coming out the same two days as the fence was being put in and they said yes. Then the day came and when I went out to talk to the install team, they said there's nothing on their work order that mentions concrete. So I called the sales guy I was working with and he told me they weren't going to remove my concrete after all because they don't have the equipment to do it. After going back and forth with them for MONTHS they decided they would remove my concrete and give me a very small credit back, even though them reneging on the initial agreement cost me THOUSANDS of dollars in extra charges amongst other non-financial issues. And the man who came out to do the concrete removal said to me "we remove concrete like this all the time. It would have been much easier to do if we did it at the time we were putting the fence in so I wouldn't have to worry about the jackhammer cracking your new fence."

We had a black vinyl chain-link fence put in and it looks awesome! The company did a great job installing and Andy Boedeker was our sales rep and he was very helpful with this process.

This is one of the worst companies Ive ever dealt with. They treat their employees poorly and have managers who steal and dont do anything about it. Overcharging for jobs because your employees are taking from you. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.
