Adenauer Paving

I have a new construction home and Adenauer Paving was responsible for my driveway. Within 2 months of moving in, my driveway started to sink in certain spots, crack and separate. I contacted my builder who reached out to an individual at Adenauer. The communication wasn't the greatest on when exactly the job would be fixed, but once Barry (the owner) was notified and got involved, my driveway was fixed within 2 weeks. Barry took his time to think of a good approach so my new driveway would turn out best. They left the existing driveway that had problems because it was laid so thick and to not disturb how well it settled. To avoid the looks of transitions, they took the time to cut certain areas and ensure a smooth paving. In summary, I don't believe my original sinking driveway had to do with Adenauer's paving ability. After they cut certain sections, I could see the asphalt was over 3 inches thick. But once Barry was notified and got involved, everything was fixed.
