I think a 7 or 12 month contract for $429 a month is pretty steep. A month to month of $529 is worse. I was told if I decide to cancel my contract early, I can just use my grant money to pay for the rest of the contract. I decided against this.

This is an excellent learning center. Our grandson has fun and loves attending and learning there. The instructors are outstanding and personable.

They have been great at helping my children be successful in math, and the process of getting them scheduled and making sure everything Go smoothly has been great as well.

Mathnasium is truly an investment. Its worth it to establish a good foundation and/or close some foundational/achievement gaps! The only disappointment Ive had is that, prior to VDOE K-12 acceleration grants, this service isnt truly equitable in access to all, due to the price point. But Ive seen a positive impact with my childs skills and confidence in math as a whole.

My child went here for a year in beginning it was good the staff was nice & organized. I received regular updates on her progress. My child didn't complain about the staff or program however i did notice a lot of changing faces in the center and the center manger changed about 3 times.They did not keep or get in-contact with my child teacher. My child started the year with a B and had D on the last report card which played a role in me deciding to send them somewhere else when our contract was up. It was a 12 month contract i believed to be up in March or April. I paid for march and I wasn't charged for April so i thought my contract was up and found a new center. Fast-Forward to May 1st my card is charged 260 I call and request a refund because we have a new center and my contract is up. Well it was up but they can charge you month to month which is cool i didn't know i needed to cancel/terminate and just wanted a refund as we have no intention of coming for the month or foreseeable future they said they can't give me any of my money back and i can bring my child in to use the month up and i explained that we cant fit them in with school and current tutoring schedule and would like my money back. they said no all they can offer is what they offered meaning I'm out of 260 dollars. the last communication I had was a email from the new center director asking to set up a time to talk about my child progress in March. the reason i didn't get charged for April was because it was free? (wasn't free i paid two hundred and something dollars March 18, 2021 when i signed up and then paid April 1st 2021-260 dollars again) No one called or emailed to inform me that i had a "free" month. No one called to check why my child hadn't been in for a month
