Great customer support. My MacBook stopped charging and it also stopped recognizing my password. The problem was not the I/O port but a non repairable component. I had several apps open and needed to finish some work. Their technician Randy removed my battery and recharged it using another laptop for me several times so I could complete the tasks I was working on. He also transferred all the data from the old laptop to my new laptop. Great customer service.

Twice now I have had the best service from this company. I pay for expedited service and I get my computers back within a couple of hours of dropping them off (sometimes they even needed parts). I can't say enough about Randy and his abilities to fix my old computers without complaining. Most repair shops just want me to buy new computers, but not him. He tries really hard to meet your needs. If you have computer repairs please try this business.

Controller on my wife's indoor power chair had a bad microswitch for the power on/off. Most repair shops suggested I just buy a new $300+ controller instead of replacing the switch, or they couldn't even look at it until after the 1st of the year. This was the only shop that understood the situation and ability to replace the switch. They made my wife's need a priority and called after a couple of hours for me to come pick it up repaired. When I plugged it in the chair worked perfectly. They truly saved our Christmas.
