But we all know the supply chain shortages are beyond anyone's control. They serviced and repaired our z turn with no issues, and we're super pleased with the DR Mower we purchased and had serviced.

Out of state site unseen user, booked on-line. Rented a 6' x 12' U-Haul trailer to pick up a new UTV that should easily fit on that size trailer. The trailer bed is 72" x 144" but the opening to the trailer is only 57" wide. Long story short, the UTV didn't fit through the narrow opening. I brought the trailer back within an hour and I got charged full price for it. I asked if there was any chance of getting a break on this bill because I expected a 6' x 12' opening on a 6' x 12' trailer. I was told no, and that's a U-Haul problem. All I had to go on was the online information for the trailer and UTV, and unfortunately neither the specs for the trailer or UTV were accurate. I was not happy to hear the response, and I began to walk out without saying anything. At that point another employee said "You should have measured better". That comment prompted some choice words from me, and this review.
