First Team Toyota

I bought my highlander in 2021 the purchase of this vehicle was fine however I didn't receive 2 keys at the purchase of my vehicle and had to buy it myself...Due to my own reasons I had to purchase a third key was quoted one price on the phone when ready to pay they TRIED to double the price WHICH I DIDN'T Pay... check out person never gave eye contact when talking and when i told him the price i was quoted on the phone for the key quoted David and his co worker laughed and it was no laughing matter which made me furious...you all are misleading and unprofessional..bought truck in for service with no warning wanted me to pay this ridiculous amount..NO AGAIN. Keep your so call free oil changed and having to pay for rotation of tires which which you went up on for no reason did you change the tools you are using.

I've had my Tacoma serviced at this location multiple times. Aside from one absolutely terrible experience, the other routine services have been great. The first time I dropped my truck off for an 8am appointment, the service advisor never handed over the keys and paperwork to the mechanics. After calling multiple times and going straight to voicemail, I came in to get my truck after 12pm and was told it had not been brought back yet. After moving out of the area, I have received multiple emails from Nick Vendt regarding extending service coverage. Despite unsubscribing multiple times, I am still receiving these emails. It is incredibly frustrating that First Team allows this kind of marketing and sells customer information.

I just want to begin with GO SEE JOSHUA PUNCH!!!! I had inquired about a 2024 TRD PRO 4RUNNER online and had Amanda Tripicco reach out via phone & she answered all my questions and sent an email of the recap of our conversation. I was able to set up an appointment to see the vehicle same day and Joshua came in and was highly respectful AND friendly. He treated me like a friend and never felt pushed to purchase the vehicle. Just know i walked away with my new baby!! thank you Joshua and team for making this painless and easy as possible!!!

I recently bought a new Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid from First Team Toyota and it was the best car buying experience Ive ever had! My sales person, Mike Varnell kept me regularly informed on approximately when the car would go into production and when I could expect it. Once the car arrived I went to the dealer, signed the required paperwork and was headed home in a few hours. There were no pressure tactics to purchase anything I didnt want and the price we agreed upon prior to it arriving was the price I paid, no hidden fees.
