I had Flora for a pedicure. That girl is small but here hands are mighty. She scrubbed the heck out of my feet and gave me a great massage. She was really kind and did an amazing job!

They are so rude at this establishment especially Joanne. Joanne and the workers rush you, and their services regardless of what you get its subpar. The price changes every time I go there even though they have a sheet; they try to mark they did extra stuff I didnt ask for but they supposedly did. Joanne and her workers take advantage of those who dont know this industry well and are forced into paying things. Shame on her for running a shady business. Then the moment you speak up theres a language barrier. So very unprofessional. I use to go here all the time, I have stopped completely, especially after bringing up a concern to Joanne, who then treated me so poorly. Refused to take ownership or to correct the situation. You will only waste your time and money here. Dont settle by going here.

I went and got my nails done today. I do not know the name of the technician that did my nails and my feet but she was an older Asian lady with short dark hair and glasses. I got my feet done a whole pedicure for $53 and then I got a full set for $35 because I did not want her to even finish the job and paint them I was going to get a gel set which would be $45 and it would be gel polish not just acrylic like I was left with but I was so frustrated at that point I couldnt even wait any longer to get out of there. To start off with as soon as I get there, the lady starts the water for me for my pedicure and it is scolding hot and she walks past and says in a rude way start soaking your feet. I tried to tell her I couldnt its too hot she wouldnt listen. She passed back by again. I finally got her attention and she cooled it down. So she starts doing my pedicure and offers me alcohol which I know is normal in some salons, but I take medication that makes me not able to drink and I drove myself there and I respectfully declined and her response was a look as if I was lying or something, She told me it would make me more relaxed . I think thats irresponsible for her to keep pushing it after Ive said no and told her it can hurt me with the medication Im on and how I was driving and that would be drinking and driving . She seemed offended when I rejected her offer and got kind of rude about it , anyways we get past that she starts doing my pedicure and She ended up almost breaking the skin twice on my feet half of my nails arent polished on my feet , when she was using the dead skin remover on the bottom of my feet she was barely putting any pressure into it, as if she was not even trying at all to get any off, and then when she was doing my full set on my hands she was being extremely rude and really rough with me. It is really hard for me to be still and calm and relaxed. I tried to tell her that multiple times and I apologized about it and she would not even acknowledge me speaking to her other than mmm okay like in a sarcastic way, kind of like she didnt believe me or something and then got rude with me and twisted my wrist in order to do what she needed to do with my thumb nail. When she twisted my wrist, that was the last straw. Thats when I let her know I dont want them polished Id rather pay her and go ahead and go. She kept trying to be nice after that, and kept trying to convince Mee to let her continue and polish my nails and I was so mad I did not want to stay and let her polish them so now my nails are very thin. She put a very thin layer of acrylic on my nails two of my toes are sore from her cutting them too short and she also made my nails too short. She did ask me if the length was OK I told her yes, but she continued to file and file until they got too short because her acrylic laying was horrible. It was all bumpy, and she had to keep filing in order for it to be smooth .Also when she was laying down the acrylic on my thumb she made the acrylic bead way too liquidy, and half of the acrylic went all over my thumb and dried on my finger and she had to peel it off and it was not pleasant. The pedicure was not worth $53. The nails were not even worth $35 because they are so thin which yes is partially my fault because I did not let her finish and paint my nails, but Im not gonna stay there after somebody has gotten rude with me and physically aggressive with me and cut me .Sadly my nails are probably going to break within the next week or so since the acrylic is so thin. I do not recommend this place I used to come here and it was awesome. I dont know what happened. I thought about calling, but every time this is happened to me with a salon around here they dont care they act like they dont know what youre saying, but if you were to make an appointment to give them money, they know exactly what youre saying its nothing but a scam and its sad because it used to be a fun thing for females to go and get their self pampered and feel good and relax and now its nothing but an anxious bad time.
