I had the most pleasant and stress free experience today renting a truck! My family always uses this location for truck and equipment rentals. Everything is clean and the customer service is amazing!

Very poor customer service today, perhaps they need to hire. I would definitely recommend sending the blue haired girl for customer service retraining. Too bad one bad attitude can bring down the team. The rest of the team did very well under the pressure of a very busy Sat. I waited a very long time and then hooked my own trailer. When I returned it, I got a really bad attitude about it. Sorry for the inconvenience, but I had a set amount of time to get what I rented the trailer to hull. The associate walked past my vehicle multiple times. It literally takes less than a minute to hook the small trailers and do a light check. When I had enough, I did it myself. My wife checked the lights, and we were off.

This place canceled my reservation with out calling me. I was only 34 minutes late. There manager is a piece of, well let me keep this PC. I will never do business with them again. No wonder why you have more 1 star ratings then any other ones. Change your practices

I have been very impressed with the staff here. That is especially true of Kayla Fraser who I believe is the manager. I regularly get propane bottles filled at this location. I always receive prompt service and a friendly greeting even in nasty weather. Thank you!

Staff was awesome, check in and check out took less than 5 minutes for pickup truck rental and return. Location was clean. Truck was clean and ran well. Definitely going to recommend this location to ppl
