It's a pharmacy, sometimes you have to wait for service. Just the nature of it. People aren't robots. I always get what the doctor prescribes.

Me & my husband were followed around the store. He went inside 1st to pick up a prescription as he delivers for the roadie app. While he was inside the cashier followed him in every aisle he went down. The pharmacy was closed so he went back to our car to wait for it to open. I wanted to see if they had my face wash so I went inside with him. I received the same exact treatment. She followed me on every aisle. Every aisle she would peek around the damn corner. I went to check out with her & I made a comment that she doesn't have to harass & follow every customer that walks into the store. She responded with, "Oh, I'm just doing my job." I said well you are doing it wrong by making us feel uncomfortable & she responds, "No I'm doing it right." So not only did she make us feel uncomfortable by following us, but now she wants to argue with customers as well. I asked for the manager & told her that her cashier was completely unprofessional. The cashier started to argue again, but the manager stops her from talking & she apologizes to me. Me & my husband should be able to shop in peace & not followed as if we're stealing & to make matters worse she argues with me? This behavior is unacceptable & I will be calling corporate.

I just moved to town and need a new pharmacy. My doctor called in two prescriptions for me 24 hours ago, I only have one filled at this time. Girl behind the counter acted so ignorant and mumbled, I could barely understand her. When am I getting my medication? I saw another woman standing around talking about the news to the third person working there. They need to get their act together. Once I get my meds Ill be finding another pharmacy because Rite Aid sucks! Oh and dont bother calling them because they dont answer the phone. Theyre too busy talking to each other about current events.
