I am a Virginia Beach attorney. We have a screened in porch and when built we used an online company to customize clear vinyl panels over the screens, but the problem with those is that you have to keep them clean and hook them around the windows with enclosures every season you want to put them up, and then remove them for the summer season plus theyre not completely airtight. So we looked into types of windows that slide up or down over the screened area. Jerry Harris has just started (2024) installing sunspace windows systems, all the panels, slide up or down or stay closed, its not glass windows. Its a strong material that is actually better. You can also get it tinted and there are very few replacement parts if something goes wrong. This company is super organized, they came out in advance and went over all the details, they showed up on time as planned, and I couldnt be more happy with the professionalism. I highly recommend them for renovation project, and Im attaching a few pictures of the before and after of the sunspace windows.
