My experience has been great. This company has several departments. I dealt with the adjuster (Tracy) and repair (Chris) and pack in/pack out. All were amazing people. Chris is personable and very professional and went out of his way to complete things. It was a long process but worth it. Gonna miss them and wish them all the best! Our IH team has direct experience working as independent mold, soot, lead, and asbestos inspectors on many of BELFORs remediation projects in the Southeastern Virginia area over the years. We appreciate their continued professionalism, attention to detail, and serious attitude about doing the job right. From small jobs to large, they seem to be able to consistently mobilize quickly, while providing a very high caliber of project managers and very detailed oriented work crews. They obviously take pride in their work and it shows in their results. It is always nice for us to hear that BELFOR has been assigned to projects we are also hired to work on.

I cannot say enough good things about everyone we have worked with at Belfor. We had just gone through a painful kitchen remodel with another company when our hot water heater burst and flooded from our attic. Belfor responded immediately to our insurance claim and had the mitigation crew out within an hour of submitting our claim. The mitigation crew was fantastic and the restoration crew far exceeded every expectation we had. Chris was a perfect project lead who was always responsive and a joy to work with. After a not so great remodel with another company and seeing the stark contrast of how amazing Belfor was I will continue to sing their praises to everyone I know. From mitigation to restoration BELFOR was there to insure we were aware of what and when they would be entering and completing each phase. Special thanks to David in the mitigation phase and to Chris during restoation. Key to the whole process for us was remaining in close coordination with Adam to insure funding beween BELFOR and our insurance was on track. Aso, BTS, Brandon, did an excellent job for us.
