        Since moving in we've enjoyed the community feeling , the amenities are great, and the office staff very helpful. We are happy to call holly point home.

        Everything is perfect except the lack of assigned parking. Since I work evenings, when I get home visitors are consistently occupying the parking spots in front of my apartment, sometimes overnight. Furthermore, many of my neighbors have two parking spots occupied, but never drive one or both of their cars. Having to park away from my home at night even though theres enough spots for each household to be guaranteed at least one is a big downfall.

        Although I decided not to rent a home here, the ladies at the front were really nice. The property was clean. It looks safe and quiet.
