Horrible customer service. While the coaches are very nice, trying to get anything else done at this place is impossible. Poor communication with rude and incompetent front desk staff. For the same price there are much higher quality gyms in the local area.

My rating is Not about the facility, we are new so I need a few more classes to be able to determine my opinion on it. My ratings however, is for the experience that Ive had on 3 different occasions, being a woman of color, having to experience the USUAL scenario.. Not from the office staff.. just to be clear. But, if you are a person of color, a Black person of color Consider what you are willing to tolerate before signing up.
We decided to take our girl Elsewhere!
