I can't say enough about Kim and Lorraine in the optical shop! I came in late in the day with a pair of broken glasses, and even though they could've turned me away, Kim and Lorraine did an AMAZING job replacing my frames on the spot! They were professional, personable, and incredibly thorough in their work and craftsmanship! Again, it was nothing but a positive experience with Regional Eye Optical! Thanks again!

I had an insurance issue with this office. They didn't even have the courtesy of returning calls or messages. When I was able to resolve it myself after almost a year, there was never even a thank you, and this horrible mess all started with misinformation from their staff. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The receptionist was nice but the doctor is the least helpful person I have ever spoken to. After calling back the receptionist explained everything way better than he even tried to. My eye doctor recommended to me to this doctor because he was the only one that could treat me. Two seconds after waking in the room the doctor looked at me and the stye on my eye and laughed. He said oh thats too small. What he doesnt know is I have had it for over 6 months and been on medicine 3 times for it. It affects my vision and pops often. He didnt know that because he didnt even bother to ask. He treated me like a waste of time and did absolutely nothing for me. I walked out mad drove 40min, wasted my time, and paid the co pay for not a single but of help. Then I received a bill in the mail asking for more money!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone. The doctor does not care about his patients and I am still stuck struggling with this stye weeks later.

Had my 98 years old mother looked at for cataracts. Scheduled surgery. We were treated professionally and friendly.
