I had a crazy experience with this Real Estate office. When I tell people about it, they can't believe it. In short, we own a house in Manson and have a couple of security cameras installed. A little over a year ago, while in Seattle working, we noticed an alert on the camera and looked to see a couple of people on the property and what looked like coming out of our house. This was alarming, we called the sheriff's office who sent someone out but the people had already left. A few days later, I drove out to the house to spend the weekend and see if anything was missing at the house. On Saturday morning, the same truck that I had seen on the security camera pulled up. At this point I was pretty worked up and came out to confront this person as he was walking up. He introduced himself as a Realtor with Chelan Realty and was here for the "inspection". I told him that property is not for sale and that he has unlawfully entered my property. He calls his office to let them know that there is something amiss with this deal. As it turns out, someone was posing as myself and my wife over the phone and email, contacted the real estate office to list my house. This realtor, Tim Agnew, and his partner Deanna Creveling decided that the deal sounded so good that they would buy it. They never met "the seller" and only acted over the phone or emails. They didn't have a key, so they hired a local locksmith to remove my door lock to enter the property. Not once did the Realtor's stop to verify the identity of the seller, or question why the property was being sold for 2/3 of the actual value. If I wouldn't have shown up when I did, the house would have gone in to closing and in theory being sold from under me. I ended up reporting the two to the Washington board of Realtors for this and spent a couple of months dealing with the review, attorneys and hearing. At the end of the day, they still have their licenses and operate in the town of Chelan. They showed little to no remorse for what they put us through. I think they were more concerned with their personal exposure and what could happen to them. In my opinion, avoid this real estate office like the plague and use one of the other reputable businesses in the town.

Jon is among the most loathesome creatures i've encountered. Needs some bipolar meds or something, the guy plays nice with the big fish then treats the regular locals like dirt.
