        Nice guy but when it comes to finishing a job they get a f. Has been over a month since they have been back to finish and have been promised multiple time that they would be here. Have lost and wasn't way to many days waiting on them. I would not recommend using this company.

        Worst dealership ever...Took my down payment as his commission and lied that it was non-refundable due to engineering charges... Took over 9 months for the vendor to complete the installation incorrectly 2 times...

      I apologize Dan for the fact that my supplier took so long to finalize the anchoring and the engineering addendum that was needed, but Lost Valley was not the builder or in control of that timing. This review may have been more applicable for that specific manufacturer and not Lost Valley.But as the dealer I spent many hours and much of my time obtaining your building permit and Did not charge you a dollar for it. I also made many trips to your site and continued follow up to try and be sure you were happy. I wish I was in more control of scheduling and engineering, but can only do so much. I'm glad you are happy with the final product and wish your family the best.
