Horrible employment, bad attitude, can't keep their information straight, and loves to hang up on you when they get the chance.

I have had 3 prescriptions in a row not ready after I even wait 1-2 days after the prescription was sent in by my doctor! Today they wanted me to wait 45 minutes and the counter girl was rude about it. This is the worst pharmacy ever and I will be switching to anywhere else as my primary pharmacy as soon as is feasible or possible. Dont waste your time

I see these reviews and its very clear what the problem is. Were in the middle of a global pandemic, many business were left short staffed due to this. Its 2022. Tattoos are acceptable. Working in a Pharmacy involves federal checks. As for drug dealers, youre the one sweating in line for your script to be filled. Calm down. Pharmacists are overworked and now take on the role of giving vaccinations back to back. Barbarians must have raised you. Theres quite a few Rite Aids local, try Genesse and Pine Ridge. This store is understaffed, drive thru always closed for " covid testing ".always 6 to 9 people in line. I am not blaming the employees, it's corporate management problems. Been a customer for over 20 years , will be finding a new pharmacy. I feel bad for all seniors that have to stand to wait to see if their prescriptions are even filled. Shame on corporate rite aid.

They do not answer theyre phones for the past 4 months. Apparently multitasking is out of the question as the pharmacist stated she is filing prescriptions and unable to answer the phone. So I have to drive to the pharmacy for them to tell me it is not ready. This problem started recently and I will no longer use their services.
