Reserve at Creekside Apartments

Maintenance never came to fix anything that we submitted a request for. We submitted TWO work orders for two separates things that needed to be fixed, and then they had the nerve to say that both work orders were completed. Our heat still hasnt been fixed which it is too late for that now. And our smoke detector still isnt fixed because it is still beeping. The unprofessionalism that we have experienced with trying to get maintenance to fix things is absolutely ridiculous.

If you are looking to live in a community that is clean, friendly, or safeits not here! Living in a ditch, the sewer, or landfill would be an improvement over living here. Slamming your face into a wall is a better idea than moving here. Management was extremely rude and confrontational every single time an issue would arise. From an electrical fire due to a faulty part, to staff entering my apartment without permission or notification (I have video and a police report) and a multitude of other things, this place is not safe. Worst experience I have EVER had living anywhere. Licking a cactus or smacking your shin on a tow hitch are both better ideas than moving here.

The dishwasher is still not working correctly. Dry cycle is not working. Dishes come out soaking wet. This particular request has been in since November of 2023. Update.. 3/6/2024 dishwasher still not fixed. Along with this issue the community continues to decline in other areas as well. Would advise others to search elsewhere for an apartment. I know we are.

Our AC still isn't fixed. I was told when moved in back in Dec 2023 that I would have to put in a request for the drip trays to my stove since they weren't there when we moved in. We still have not received them.
