We have run out of oil multiple times this year. Seemingly always on a Friday afternoon when no one can help. In the past, we were able to get enough oil to get us through the night, but the guy who came to our house tonight offered to cut our oil line and then we would need to pay to have it repaired. We are done.

The guys at Crown Oil are the best that you can get. They've helped us with everything from leaky pipes to chilly rooms. They have also helped us get out of a bind with a few emergency calls in the middle of the winter. Which we really appreciate since we have a little one at home. They have also been gracious enough to work with our home warranty company in the past, which has been amazing and has allowed us to save a lot of money by extending the life of our boiler for a few more years. If you need a full-service oil company, we highly recommend you get a contract with Crown Oil!

I too wish I could give negative stars. Our oil tank ran out, despite auto delivery. 14 hours after notifying them we had no oil, and hence, heat; and they promise to send a truck to fill the tank (freezing cold temperatures) they send a guy with 2 cans of oil to "hold us over" until "tomorrow morning". So now we're talking close to 40 HOURS before they will fill it. It's currently 8 degrees outside with wind. The manager, or whoever answers the phone, is EXTREMELY rude, proceeds to argue with me and literally blames US for using all of our 275 gallon tank when it's a large old house and the heat has been on constantly for 2 months - with record low temps the past two weeks!! Something they should have accounted for! They prefer to handle their mistakes via furthering their incompetence by blaming and arguing with the customer. Take your business elsewhere!! We will be switching to another provider.
