ChristineAs a company policy we do give clients the opportunity to check out our inventory without someone standing right there unless they come in and ask for assistance.I do agree that underneath the rubber mats of the Cargo area of this commercial vehicle was damp, as it had just come back from the Detail Shop where they had removed the mats and power washed it prior to putting the rubber mats back, obviously before it was fully dried.Prior to covid our inventory would have been 120-150 units and I do admit it is down to 50-60 units.I am somewhat confused to exactly what the problem is here Christine? This 7-year-old Commercial work vehicle with 93k miles is in much better condition than average. This commercial vehicle has 3 spots that were touched up after a full wrap had been removed. This is typical for Commercial Vehicles that are 7 yrs. old with almost 100k miles in this price range.Christine, I have no idea when you stopped by the lot. Quite frequently, outside of normal business hours we do have staff who are at this location working on specific projects.I know we are not a big dealer, but our inventory is well presented, and pictures and descriptions of each are listed on our web page. Jaidon, I am sorry you have had issues with your 2010 BMW over the past 2+ years. However, at no time did we lie to you about this vehicle but endeavored to assist you with issues you had after your purchase.At the time of purchase, you advised us you worked at a BMW dealership, and brought someone else with you to check it over. In their opinion it was a great car! We provided the Carfax that certainly gave no indication of any issues with the vehicle. Although you did not purchase an extended warranty, you did bring the vehicle back to our shop for a repair and later requested we send you a valve cover gasket As requested, we had the parts shipped to you as you wanted your BMW techs to work on it. Then approx. 1 month later you contacted us as the vehicle would not start. We arranged for a tow truck to drive 2 hours to your home, provide a loaner and take your vehicle back to the shop. When the BMW was scanned it was found that a connector had been removed. This was reconnected, and the vehicle started immediately. We drove your BMW back to you in St Louis without any issues and all at no charge. Prior to selling vehicles at our dealership, we do have them inspected. However, we do recommend clients take the opportunity to have vehicles independently inspected for a second opinion and we also offer extended warranties for clients that are concerned about the potential cost of repairs.
