Randy Chiefer was so easy to work with and so knowledgeable about his products. He matched my flooring so it blended beautifully with my other room. He gave me a beautiful product for a great price. I also purchased carpeting for my basement area and again I couldnt have been happier with the results he and Dennis Cyr provided.

I can't thank Randy and his team enough. I was suppose to have a floor installed by another company and on the day of installation they told me the floor was back ordered by 2 months. You can imagine what a disaster that was. I went into the Carpet One showroom and Randy helped me find a floor I loved and came right to my house with me to take measurements. He called immediately to make sure the floor was in stock and ordered it right away. The floors came in right on time and were installed right away. The installers were professional and great. Randy or his partner Dennis came by each day to make sure everything was going OK. They even installed a new toilet I had because they said no problem.
I can't thank them enough for all they did for me. Will be going back to get carpet.
Also the selection of all types of flooring at their showroom is amazing.
