This company seemed to be a great fit at first they are like a sales man all nice to you until you dont buy and thrn they turn on you. This company wants people to work from home but they do not know how to train their new employees. I repeatedly told them that their material isn't designed for new people. It is set up for existing employees to learn the new program they had launched. I have written many SOPs where I could have helped them get their act together because what they have is not adequate for new to the industry employees. My son almost died and was hospitalized for a week, they seemed fine for that but he needed doctor's appointments after that because he had lung failure with hypoxia due to the flu. This company is an at-will company they let me go because my son needed to have lung function tests and a sleep study after his hospitalization. If you are a single parent and the sole supporter don't work for them. If you are single and have no issues then you will fit right in. The supportive staff were great, HR and my Supervisor told me two different things during my hiring. Seems like upper management has no idea what is actually going on in the company. I know I did a great job for them but they just do not have their act together for training and if you complain they ax you.

This is a full-service sign shop with a great footprint all over the country and the world. The production quality and field support is the best that I have ever seen.
