        I wish I knew this office was closed to the public. The negligence of this information could have saved my original documents from being lost. The Google webpage does not clarify not to mail documents 4 years ago. Please do not waste your time or mail anything to their office. The representative was very calm but not helpful. The frustration of losing original documents are time consuming and requires money. Correction no mail for 10 years.

        This office is permanently closed and the only notification they had was a freaking piece of paper on the door. Nothing online or over the phone. Don't waste your time, gas, or bus fare trying to get there. New address is 2208 coronation blvd
