Unbelievable selection, service and sales representative who really work with your special needs. I finally located an office chair that fits my petite frame from which my feet actually touch the ground, and an adjustable desk that goes to the lowest level I've seen anywhere. I'm now 100% comfortable and able to work my best. Hi highly recommend Jeff as the best salesperson I've run across in years.

We bought over a million dollars of office furniture from Larner's when we built our office building in Charlotte, NC in 2015. Within the first year or 2, a handful of the black leather vinyl chairs we bought for our conference rooms began to peel. We reached out to Larner's to let them know, and they said the manufacturer wouldn't cover it under warranty, as they deemed it normal wear and tear. since then, almost All of the chairs covering has worn off and torn. We have been trying to work with Larner's to have either the manufacturer help us with replacement material or a better deal on replacement chairs, but Larner's came back at first saying the manufacturer had a cease and desist order to not stock or produce any chair that looks like the chairs we have and they sold off all of their parts. But then they turn around trying to sell us a chair that looks almost identical to the chairs we originally had, from the same manufacturer for more than what we bought the other chairs for. On a phone call to the owner of Larner's, when we tried to discuss the issues we have had and explain that the chairs were bad chairs, the owner dismissed the issue, claiming we must have used a chemical to clean the chairs and that is why this happened prematurely, when in fact, that was not the case. This is the worst of the issues with the furniture sold to us. We also had issues with the regular desk chairs the entire time, with arms constantly falling off or coming loose and backs and bases breaking. For the first 4 or so years, they fixed it under warranty, then after that, we paid to have them fixed, and now they can no longer fix them.   I would caution doing business with this company as they certainly are not the partner that they promised they would be.
