The lack of communication was appalling. The lady at the front desk asked me to type a detailed email asking about my case. I typed it up, sent it in and waited to hear back.They would email me and schedule a consultation via phone, but wouldnt call me nor would they answer the phone when I called- this happened twice. However, I remained patient. I was asked to pay the consultation fee- which is expected as time isnt free. Hoping that it would secure a meeting, I paid the fee. A meeting was scheduled but yet again, it was met by a no call, no show- this was the 3rd time. Warren called the next day, unscheduled, luckily I was free, for him to say he had represented a million dollar case and that it would be pointless to take mine. He spent majority of the phone call talking about this million dollar case that I had never heard of- repeatedly stating the man was facing jail time, was on the news and across the front of the newspaper - instead of my own personal case. I understand that attorneys have the right to pick and choose cases that would be beneficial to them but I waited a month for a 15-20 min phone call to hear about a case that wasnt mine. Attorney Warren may be great but my experience wasnt a good one .
