Not open to the public. You have to call a phone number that they have posted on the front door and they will tell you (with attitude) wether they have what you looking for or not.

I'm not going to pretend to know everything that this company/store offers, but if you need a bolt, screw, security fastener, etc with very specific measurements (more than likely Lowe's/Home Depot doesn't carry it)...this is the place to go. We needed a security fastener for a step & repeat after one was lost & it had to match the other one perfectly to secure the step & repeat. We tried several similar fasteners from Lowe's & Home Depot but they didn't match exactly and the hardware wobbled & wasn't secure. While at Lowe's, one of the nice employees assisting us told us about Fastenal. I googled it & within minutes we arrived & were helped by the very friendly staff. They took our fastener, matched it perfectly, told us about 2 color options, basically making us aware that if the color didn't matter, the price was much cheaper w/ the 2nd option which was very nice & helpful. Less than 5 mins later we had a box of fasteners (b/c I'm sure we will probably lose a couple more), a VERY cheap expense, & a new found extremely helpful place.
