They are a bunch of RACIST people!!! Who HATES African Americans!!! We filed a complaint for the agent that listed our home, and was very disrespectful, advised us it was safe to move out of our home and after we moved, we didn't make it to closing. We had written proof of a text, she sent us and had emails that she advised us to move out, and she terminated our contract without us signing the contract, and picked up her signs and held us hostage by not releasing our listing. I had to call her Broker to get our listing release. She also knew that the buyer was not going to make it to closing, and held on to that information, until we moved out of our home, and we were out of the country. We received a text from her, and when we spoke to her she told us the buyer was not a US citizen. After she told us the bad news, she then said they All were shady. If they were shady, why did she allow us to go through with them? We had text and emails to prove our case. The panel was All Caucasian, with one African American, that didn't have NO say. They were not fair. Right is right and wrong is wrong. When I initially filed the complaint. I was able to call Michelle and Carla, to ask questions, they were responsive. When we got closer to the hearing they would not take my calls. I already knew from their actions, they were taking sides with the agent Samantha Clubb. They are a joke! Don't waste your time filing a complaint if you are an African American. Take the agent and the Agency to court and let the judge make a decision. Then they want to charge us an appeal fee of $250. YOU REAP WHAT YOU SOW!!!
