UPDATED REVIEW: Been here NOW A YEAR my lease is up next month and this is by far the worst apartments I have ever lived in I wish there was a zero star review cause this place is absolute horrible unprofessional and just down right disrespectful. When we first moved it was managed by Chris and he was pretty good he got things done in a timely manor we might had to remind him but it was just him in the office but he still made it happen. but the past 6 months I guess when then did the management change the new people are down right disrespectful, rude and unprofessional. we have been without heat and air since December when they first came they did a " WALK THROUGH" to see what was wrong and needed to be fixed we told them about our air and dryer and we told them we had a rodent problem. NOTHING GOT FIXED UNTIL ABOUT A WEEK AGO AFTER WE CALLED THE CITY!!!!!!! they changed resident portals without notifying us so we were stuck using the old portal to put in request that were never fixed and looking at our rent. on top of that we called and emailed and never got response until threats were made about going to the city and taking them to the court. the never gave notice about any time they came and tried to enter our home the leasing lady Crystal is very rude and nasty and the regional manger Lori is even worse she argued with me through email about me going to the city she tried to blame our dogs for breaking the A/C unit AND SAID WE HAD TO PAY FOR THE WHOLE NEW UNIT but like I said it was broke for 6 months so make it make sense AND ITS STILL BROKE. now they are threatening trying to "evict " us because we have yet to pay rent but we told them we have a money order but why would we pay yall if yall blaming us threating us and we still have no air and our thermometer has hit 83 more then once. so now we having a hearing with the city and possibly taking them to court.

I absolutely loved it here until we were bought out abt a month ago. Old managers were great but the new leasing office staff tried to make me pay rent twice the first month they came, never answer phone calls, took down old website and and never created a new one. Something died inside my vents and I can’t use my AC yet nobody has come down to even look at the issue and can’t get them on the phone now. And oh yeah, my apartment nearly caught on fire because of whatever died in my vents when I had my heat on abt a month ago. Nobody was home when a fire started in the vents apparently the fire department came in but the leasing office NEVER let us know anyone came in or abt the fire inside the vents. I had to call THEM and ask about the horrible smell and why my windows were ajar. Then tried to lie abt the previous leasing office having the wrong phone number on file for our unit when I know for a fact he had my correct cell phone number. UPDATE: We’re halfway through the summer and have been DENIED access to the pool!!! Nobody has been allowed to use the “amenity” that we all pay for in our rent.
