Their Copy and Print Center is a disaster. It's visibly a mess and they're constantly out of stock of materials but don't know how to mark them as unavailable on their website and allow you to place an order for a product they can't make. Sometimes they remember to call you to tell you they're out of stock, sometimes they just forget and you show up to pick up your order and it's just not there. They have also been out of certain items for months and don't seem the slightest bit interested in followokg up with anyone on where their missing stock is.

Someone else said it but I'll say it again- don't get your TSA pre check here. They said over the phone that they do walk-ins all day until 6pm. My parents went midday and the lady said she couldn't do it because she was going for lunch and had an appointment right after. At this point, if you don't have the staff to fulfill the walk-in needs, then simply offer it during a different time frame, or state that during a certain time you'll be unavailable before someone drives a 2 hour round trip to utilize your services.
I've gone to different locations for this stuff, and they handle it WONDERFULLY! This location is just not it, though.
