For several years I had used this agency with noProblems. In December I got a notice that the company with my homeowners insurance would no longer be affiliated with this broker. I talked to this office and made other arrangements for another policy to take effect in January. In March I got a letter from the mortgage company saying that I had no homeowners insurance on my home. I contacted this agency again and was assured they were taking care of it for me. Now in August I get another letter from the mortgage company that they had paid a private co. for very basic coverage at a high rate. After all the calls and follow ups I had made, this agency never took care of me after I was a customer for many years. I have since gone to another agency.
