Front desk and medical assistant were very nice and efficient. However, I do not recommend seeing Dr. Gold for any ear related issues, even if he is an ear specialist. He spent less than 5 minutes in the exam room, rushed through my physical exam and gave me a "diagnosis" before he even listened to my concerns. Then when I questioned how the diagnosis was related to my symptoms he stated it was a "coincidence" and "not real." He also recommended I try medications that I am already on, so clearly he didn't read my chart or review before coming into the exam room. This doctor was rude, made me feel rushed and didn't listen to any of my concerns. I will certainly not be back to see Dr. Gold.

Will never come back to this office and will be sure to tell my friends and family. I felt I was financially taken advantage of here. They told me multiple times before and after my basic appointment that I owed nothing and they didn't think I'd owe anything. A few weeks later I get a bill for over $500. I tried to discuss this and understand my bill over the phone but the billing department was very rude. I am blown away by their treatment of clients. I have never had any doctor's office experience like this. I truly will never be back.

We are snowbirds. Dr. Justin Brown treats me for AMD while here in Charlotte. He is very good and knowledgeable and is very accommodating working with our doctor in Michigan.

Every time we go to see Dr. McKee its an hour+ BEYOND our appointment time before we are seen. This isnt acceptable for any age but especially when youve got kids and infants and are trying to coordinate feedings and naps and taking off work. They overbook either with an extreme lack of professional awareness for how long their job-related activities and appointments take, or out blatant disregard for kids and families, or just straight up greed to try to funnel through as many possible patients or some combination? Its a horribly-run practice. Also, considering they have no problem with structuring massive waits for patients at every visit, maybe have a decent waiting area?
