Miller Homes And Construction

We originally used Miller Homes 6 years ago to build our custom home. As our family grew so did our needs for our home. We recently hired Miller Homes again to do a renovation that included expanding our back deck, adding a fireplace, adding a room, extra bathroom, and finishing off the 3rd floor (which required shedding out our roof).We stayed in the home through the entire renovation. The Miller Homes team was great about communicating expectations and helped to make it as easy as possible. We appreciate everything they did to make our home everything we hoped it could be.

Miller Homes built our new home on Lake Wylie in 2023, and we could not be happier. It was clear from our first meeting that Shannon Miller and his team had the vision to bring this project to life. Their professionalism, execution, communication, and superior craftsmanship made it a great experience and we got to meet some really great people along the way!

Miller Homes And Construction is the best and most reliable custom home builder in the area. Hands down. Everything you want in terms of a home builder, Miller Homes provides. We can all agree that the end result is to get the build done correctly, within budget and on time. This custom home builder does just that. The experiences that I've had with Miller Homes so far are for my personal residence and an investment home. Both builds were treated the exact same. There was no price gauging or harassing to get them on the phone. Some of the things I've heard in relation to other builders. I plan on using them again for future projects. They stand by their product and the relationships they have with their clients both past and present. You hear about horror stories when it comes to building and how clients have been mistreated. We, thankfully, went with Miller Homes and didn't have any negative experiences. Highly recommend!

Built a house used their dumpster service. There was a house next door under construction using their service also. Addresses were one number apart. They charged me for the house next door, and when I tried to explain there was no way I could fill up a 30 yd in a week. They refused to credit me back. Then I kept a credit card on file with them, the lady that does their billing was out sick, so no one else I am assuming could do billing. When she returned, without a call or email. They charged my credit card almost 2k. Very rude and unprofessional about the whole situation.
