1st Brazilian wax & it was NOT what I expected. No pain but when I showed my sister, who gets them all the time, she showed me where a lot of hair was still everywhere. I called the manager (Monday) & they told me she would call me back but she didn’t. I called back Wednesday morning & they said she was with a client. I called again that afternoon & was told she wasn’t there. I told them I was leaving Thursday to PR for my bday trip. The lady told me to come in that evening. I told her several times it was no guarantee I could because I still had prior appts & things to do before my trip. I called back Monday & she finally called me back that afternoon stating I could come that Wednesday. I received a confirmation call stating that I would have to pay the full price because it was after 5 days. I told them how could I when you’re manager never called me back til Monday of the following week. I will NEVER go back there again.
