Brian is very deceptive and does not keep appointments. My HOA uses his services and he was dispatched to provide a quote for a water leak on my townhome. After promising to begin repairs on a certain date and not fulfilling that promise, Brian became defensive and condescending when I attempted to discuss the matter with him. Much to my chagrin the HOA gave him the authorization to perform a repair for a water leak on my property. One week to the day later a water line began spewing water from the ground and also eventually into the unit. When I spoke with Brian regarding this matter, true to form he became defensive stating he only made a repair and could not be held accountable for the shoddy work when the townhome was built. The company that had to come out on an emergency call stated that when they dug down to determine where the break was they discovered a cement block on top of the water line. The occupant of my townhome advised me he was outside when Brian was working and saw the water line clearly where it protruded out of the ground and entered the structure. There was not anything covering the line. This means Brian put cement around the water line and then filled this in with dirt. The original job was to stop water accumulation that was due to soil erosion that was allowing water to pool whenever we had a heavy rain and then eventually seep into the structure. Guess what? When you put cement on around a plastic water line, then fill that in with dirt and allow a week for this to settle, I will let you figure out what happens. The company that came out to effect the repair did a magnificent job and I will be utilizing their services for any future projects I am unable to perform myself. As for Brian and Accurate Construction after completing this review, my next step is to determine how to contact the BBB and any other whistleblower organization that will listen.

Brian Holsinger went way above and beyond to help in the sale of our home in Denver NC.....We hired him to do repairs required by inspection....Not only did he fulfill these in a timely fashion but he return to tweak issues that the buyer requested,,,,,with last minute notice and at very early hours!!! He is a good guy and super professional. Definitely top of the list for allaround home readiness . A big shout out of thanks from Nancy and Angel in Denver NC (now Florida residents!!)
