Gave them one star cause I had to give them one, but had ADT system installed yesterday and today not even 24 hours. My cameras are not working. Try to call the company and got no answer. Finally got an answer and said they will contact me during the week I wanted them to come out today and fix it since it was just yesterday but I guess since they already put the system in and are charging me they not worrying about how I feel or the satisfaction of their customers. So be aware when you get ADT, the service is horrible I can not use my cameras which were installed by ADT yesterday. It is now Monday night and my camera still doesnt work and Damien told me he will square everything up on Monday NO CALL FROM ANYONE I guess they just dont care. BEWARE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

My equipment has been broken for a year now and still paying for it. They talk a good game but dont back it up.

We have had a terrible experience with ADT. We changed the verbal passcode but when we call they still have our old passcode. They NEVER call us when our alarm goes off. Even if I put the code in I want them to call. We are shopping for another company now that we are finally off contract.

Terrible, dont get it, the cost is too high, technicians are terrible and the company is awful.
